Hall Management
The Management of the Hall is vested in the Council which is made up of the Management Committee and Council Representatives.
The Management Committee, act as the Managing Trustees, and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the Hall. All are volunteers.
The costs for the routine running of the Hall come from the income generated from the Hire of the Hall. Where new facilities or major repairs are required the Management Committee looks to obtain grants from the Parish Council and White Horse Show etc. This enables us to keep the hire costs for the Hall low. Where possible, we also undertake maintenance activities from within our own resources and would welcome offers of support. We are particularly keen to hear from AV, Media, electricians, and carpenters. Please email information@THMH.co.uk is you wish to volunteer.

Council Representatives
The Council Representatives are a group made up of users of the Hall. To be eligible to act as a Council Representative users must have used the Hall in minimum of 2 times within the previous calendar year. This list is not exhaustive but is used to invite Representatives to Council Meeting. Each group is entitled to one vote in the Council.
